I have a contagious enthusiasm for anything to do with mountain biking, particularly in coaching. I think it would be fair to say, that I enjoy the coaching element of my job, just as much as the riding.
I get the same satisfaction coaching a complete novice the core skills for off-road riding as coaching the more advanced rider on challenging rocky terrain, of which there is no shortage here in the Peak District.
I have mountain biked throughout the UK & Europe.
